Complicated shoots can be stressful without having to worry about talent. The experience a model brings to the studio may make the difference between a great shoot and a mediocre one.

Experience comes only through practice and I believe that any model that can follow instructions will be capable of exceptional images. Experienced or not, I am always looking for new talent.

Each group, experienced models and newcomers, has its unique benefits and challenges. Experienced models often appear more comfortable in front of the camera and are often learned to following instruction. New models are still fun to work with and bring freshness to a shoot. That is almost always a nice addition.

On occasion, I need models while testing new equipment and locations as well as those moments when I am in the mood to shoot something new just for fun. I'm wiling, in these situations, to offer portfolio help in exchange for modeling. This provides new models with additional experience while building a credible portfolio.
