You'll
probably notice that this is a brief autobiography rather than a
biography. I hope you're not too upset about the change.
I discovered the world of photography when I was about
nine years old when I won my first 110 camera. It wasn't much of
a camera, but it's where I got my start.
Early photography classes in both
junior high and high school really opened my eyes to the fun and
power of imagery. One of the greatest opportunities to develop my
style and talent came to me in the form of an invitation by my high
school photography teacher to become a photographer for yearbook.
I took additional photography courses in college as
well, but those experiences in high school are the true foundation
for my love of photography.
Photography found its way into my a advertising career
as well.
When I reached the point where photography was beginning
to be something I did only at work is about the time I began searching
for that pleasure I found behind the viewfinder of
a camera.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my work. If you
would like to comment, please e-mail me here.
